Booked a room with exceptional views of the bay and mountains. The bathroom was large, with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Outstanding service offered in this hotel. Also, free Wi-Fi worked in public areas.

The room was impeccably clean with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a seating area.

Stunning and favourable location for Ladysmith, short walk to a lovely restaurant at Cedar as well as the marina and views and spectacular. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

I had a peaceful two-night stay at this hotel, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. My room was well-appointed and bright, featuring a lovely balcony and patio. Additionally, the property is nestled in stunning surroundings, right in the nearby forests.

Overall wonderful little hotel, I did not want to leave.
